The service
Dhaaga is a subscription ERP and POS for retail, wholesale, manufacturing and service businesses: sales and counter billing, purchase, stock, production, quality, dispatch, accounts, GST documents and payroll, in one shared cloud workspace. Trade-specific features are supplied as optional industry packs.
Trial & billing
Every new workspace gets a 7-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use needs an active subscription billed monthly through Razorpay. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Your data, your responsibility, our care
- Your business data belongs to you. You can export it anytime.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of entries and for statutory filings made using documents generated by Dhaaga (we prepare GST-ready documents; your CA files them).
- We take backups and reasonable security measures, but you should keep your own periodic exports for extra safety.
Fair use
Don't attempt to break, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other customers.
Liability
Dhaaga is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last three months.
