Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial first
Every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed — so you can judge Dhaaga fully before paying anything.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the app or by writing to us. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then simply doesn't renew. No cancellation charges.
Refunds
- Charged by mistake, or charged after you cancelled? Full refund of that charge — write to us within 7 days.
- Service unusable for an extended period due to a fault on our side? Pro-rata refund or credit for the affected time.
- Partial months of normal use are not refunded (the trial exists so you can test everything first).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
