What we collect
Your account details (name, email, phone), your workspace's business data (orders, stock, accounts, payroll entries you create), and basic usage information needed to run and improve the service.
Where your data lives
Dhaaga is offline-first: your data is stored on your own device first, then synced encrypted over HTTPS to your private workspace in our cloud (hosted on Vercel/Neon infrastructure). Each workspace is isolated — only you and staff accounts you create can access it.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your business data with other customers or advertisers.
- Staff see only the modules you give their role access to.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details — Razorpay handles them under their own privacy policy.
Your rights
Export your data (Excel/PDF) at any time from inside the app. If you close your account, you can request deletion of your workspace by writing to us; we delete it from active systems within 30 days.
