About Dhaaga
Dhaaga means thread — the thing that holds a piece of cloth together. We build the thread that holds a business together.
Indian shops, godowns and factories run on registers, Excel sheets and WhatsApp forwards. Sales get counted at closing time, stock lives in one person's memory, GST becomes a month-end panic, and wage disputes are settled from recollection. Dhaaga replaces that with one connected system: sales and counter billing, purchase, stock, production, quality, dispatch, accounts, GST documents and payroll — every entry linked to the one before it. The core is the same for a kirana counter, a hardware distributor, a workshop and a garment unit; each trade adds its own words and documents as an industry pack.
What we believe
